Unsubmitted Application Notification: If a candidate starts an application, we will send them an automatic reminder 24 hours later. The email contains default text, but it can be customized under settings.
Requisition Funnel Report: This a new report that will tell you how far along your candidates got in the hiring process before they dropped out. It can be found under Candidate Reports.
Share Button on Candidate Key: The Share button on the candidate detail pop-up was added after we completed our first phase of user roles. A key has been added to allow you to specify who can share an application. For those who use automatic roles the defaults are:
Admins: ON
Hiring Managers: OFF
For users who do not like the default roles, manual roles can be used.
Justifacts Integration: Justifacts is a background check provider. In this integration you can setup your account with Justifacts, notify AgileHR of your package choices, and then we can send requests to Justifacts to initiate background checks.

Admins & Supervisor Employee Portal: If you are an Admin or a Supervisor, when you login to the employee portal you will not see the Performance Management tab. You should be using the admin side to complete your self-evaluations.
Narrative Report and word formatting: The narrative report pulls in feedback from all areas of the review. If a user copy and pastes from Microsoft word, the formatting from the copied text was affecting the narrative report. Now when you copy and paste, it will force you to put in plain text. You can still use the WYSIWYG editor to put in formatting, such as bullet points, but you will no longer be allowed to use World formatting. You also have the option to strip out formatting if needed.
Review Section settings for Scores: The evaluation label in the evaluation column would contain a score, even if you had turned off scores in the review settings. It would also show the overall rating.

New Form I-9: We have now added logic behind the scenes to force an applicant to fill the form out correctly.
