Templating in the AgileHR onboarding system is an essential way of decreasing the amount of work that our administrative users have to do to onboard new hires. Creating job templates is an easy way to create a structure around the onboarding plan packages that go out to all new hires for that position. By specifying which sections, forms and videos are included in each onboarding plan for a specific job, admins can onboarding new employees at a much faster rate.
