Offer Letter: Create and manage your organization’s offer letters
To create offer letter templates:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Candidate or Onboarding module, click Offer Management.
- Select the Create New Offer Letter button
- Enter the letter contents in the Letter Body.
- Click Save Version.
To create multiple versions of an offer letter:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Candidate or Onboarding module, click Offer Management.
- Select an offer letter.
- Click the Create Version The Offer Letter Versions will display the next numeric value.
- Edit the body and click Save Version.
To delete an offer letter template:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Candidate or Onboarding module, click Offer Management.
- Identify the template you wish to remove and click the Delete icon.
To send an offer letter from the Candidate Module:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Candidate module, select Candidates. Choose the candidate to whom you’d like to send the offer.
- Click on the Offer Letter tab.
- Select the Offer Letters button and choice the letter and version you would like to send by clicking on the Create Offer
- Fill out the offer letter fields: Location, Start Date, and Compensation. Click Save.
- The offer letter will display in the Offer Status as Pending.
- When the candidate has viewed the letter, the date they opened the offer will display under Date Viewed. The status will display one of the following:
- Pending: Candidate has not accepted or rejected the letter
- Accepted: Candidate has accepted and electronically signed the offer letter
- Rejected: Candidate has rejected the offer. They can enter notes that will be emailed to the Administrative User.
- When the candidate Accepts or Rejects the offer letter, the Administrative User will receive an email alert.
To send an offer letter from Onboarding:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Onboarding module, select Employees. Choose the candidate to whom you’d like to send the offer.
- Click on the Offer Letter tab.
- Select the Offer Letters button and choice the letter and version you would like to send by clicking on the Create Offer
- Fill out the offer letter fields: Location, Start Date, and Compensation. Click Save.
- The offer letter will display in the Offer Status as Pending.
- When the employee has viewed the letter, the date they opened the offer will display under Date Viewed. The status will display one of the following:

2. Tracking employee training in the new Training section. Add Training courses and descirptions in the Employee Management Settings. Assign and tracking training employee's have completed in their employee records.
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu in the Employee Management section, select Employees.
- Click the Training tab.
- Select the New Training button and fill out the fields.
- Click Save Training.
