Zip Recruiter Integration
AgileHR is pleased to announce a partnership with Zip Recruiter, a major partner in the Job Board space! With this integration, you will enjoy several beneifits.
- When the Ziprecruiter integration is activated, your open requisitions will be posted on the free Ziprecruiter job board.
- Though the Job Management screen, you can "upgrade" the requistions created from that job. Before being published, you must have a Zip Recruiter account setup as the upgrade requisitions carry a fee from Zip Recruiter.
To activate the Zip Recruiter integration:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Candidate Management module, click Settings in the Main Menu.
- Select the Job Board Integrations tab and click the Job Board Integration link.
- Check the "Include Job Postings on Zip Recruiter?" checkbox.
- Click Save. All public, active requisitions will be posted to Zip Recruiter.
To set the type of Zip Recruiter posting:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Candidate Management module, click Job Management on the Main Menu.
- Select the Zip Recruiter tab. The Single option is automatically selected. If you wish to upgrade the requisitions created from this job, from the drop down menu, select Double and click Save.
When a candidate applies through Zip Recruiter, their information will be passed back into the AgileHR system. The following will occur:
- A candidate record will be created.
- The candidate Source will be listed as Ziprecruiter.
- A resume from the information they provided during the Zip Recruiter process will be created and upload to the reources tab. Please note that complete application data will not be gathered.
Candidate Management Dashboard Report
To view a quick snapshot of the statistics listed on the Candidate Management dashboard, it can be accessed in the Reports/Company Reports section.
Social Media Updates
Both Twitter and Facebook have changed their security requirements for third party application access. AgileHR has made the necessary adjustments but users will have to re-authenticate their accounts. To enter your credentials for your desired social media accounts:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Candidate Management module, click Settings in the Main Menu.
- Celect the Job Board Integrations tab.
- Select the Social Media site to which you wish to authenticate.
- Click the Sign In button and follow the sites instructions.

Performance Management
Performance Documents
Documents can be uploaded to employee's appraisals if the Documents tab is turned on. Now performance documents can be attached directly to the employee record in the Performance module.
To upload a document to an employee:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Performance Management module, click the Employee link from the Main Menu.
- Select the employee to whom you'd like to attach the document.
- Click on the Reources tab.
- Select the Choose File button and navigate to the file to be uploaded.
- Choose the document type under the Choose Resource Type and click the Upload button.
- The file will be listed with the date and time of upload, the designated type, and the documents name.
Evaluation Screen Update
The main evaluation screen in the Performance Management module has been reconfigured and several features have been added. These changes will simplify the supervisor's and the employee's workflow. The updates include:
- Next/Previous buttons that take the user to other items in that section.
- The header has been redesigned to highlight the items information including the title, weight (if applicable), and the description.
- The Feedback history and the evaluation scale have been flipped.
- Send to Employee title has been added to clarify the Share feature. When selected, the feedback will be emailed immediately to the employee or supvisor.
- Request Feedback allows supervisors/employees to send emailed requests for feedback to any employee in the organization.
