Portal Branding

Applicant Tracking/Onboarding
OfferLetters
Form Fill-fields. Additional offer letter form fill-fields have been added to the wizard feature. They include:
- Address: Pulls from the candidate's record. Includes Streets, City, State, and Zip
- Bonus Plan: Can enter text and numbers
- Signing Bonus: Can enter text and numbers
- Additional Info: Textbox that allows you to enter miscellaneous information.

Unhire
This new feature is to be used when a Candidate is marked as Hired but actually never becomes an employee (i.e.- they do not show-up on their start date, fail a screening, or the offer is revoked.) Using Unhire, the individual will not display on any Hired report or affect the EEO hiring counts. Please note: in order to see the button, the start date must not have passed.
To Unhire an Employee:
- As an Administrative User, go to the Employee Screen.
- Under Employee Status, click the Unhire Employee button.
- The individual will be removed from the Employee list and moved back into the candidate list. Please note: the requisition rules will still apply. If the requisition was marked as Perpetual, the job will still be active. If it was not, then the requisition will have Closed and will need to be reopened if you wish to continue hiring from that requisition.
- The Status of the Unhired individual will be moved from Hired to Job Offer in the Candidate Record. Under Status, you can Dismiss the candidate and assign the Candidate Dismissal.
Appraisal Bulk Actions
Administrative Users can change appraisal components in bulk. The following items can now be changed in the All Appraisal screens:
- Status/Period Change
- Date Change
- Title Change
- Delete
- Create
- Routing Path
- Change Appraiser
To complete a bulk action:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu, click All Appraisals.
- Select the Appraisals you would like to update.
- Select the Bulk Action drop down and select the action you would like to take.
- Fill in the required fields and click Save.
Sub Competency Management
Administrative Users can activate and manage sub-compentencies in the system. When they are turned on, the system library will add a tab in which Administrative User's can add content. Please note- Administrative Users will be required to create their own sub-compentencies. The Agile compentency library does not include them.
To activate the feature:
- Login as an Administrative User.
- From the Main Menu, click Settings,
- Select/Appraisal Settings/General Settings.
- Under System Sub Competencies click the Utilize System Sub Competencies and Sub Compentencies Editable checkboxes.
- Select Save.
To add content to your competency:
- Login as an Adminstrative User.
- From the Main Menu, click System Library.
- Under System Library, select Competency (or whatever you have titled that section).
- Under Factor Category, choose the item to which you wish to add sub competencies.
- On the Sub Compentencoes tab, enter your description and click Add.
- Enter level coaching descriptions. Click Save.
