Release Summary
In our May release, we addressed quite a few outstanding features and fixes pertaining to our recent large Performance Management update. We are also releasing some major enhancements to our transcription tracking portal, which should bring us up to date on those requirements.
- System Branding:
As part of our recent acquisition by PrismHR, the module branding is going to be changing. New colors and logos will replace the existing AgileHR branding. Not to worry, we can change the colors for your individual organization, if you don't like the new color scheme :) - Decouple of Email Address and Username:
We have separated the username from the email address to address an issue with candidates moving from one organization to another. There are unique constraints on usernames per client as well as email address. Username field can now be found on the employee detail screen. - Changed E-Mail Reply address:
We are changing our default reply email address for system generated emails to 'DoNotReply@{domain}.com'. Even though we were using 'NoReply@{domain}.com', we were still getting candidates and employees that were sending emails to an unmonitored inbox. We are hoping this clarification will help with that.
Applicant Tracking
Fixes:
- Fixed the scenario where an admin couldn't see requisitions if they weren't assigned to the requisition owner role.
Onboarding Management
Fixes:
- Moved 'Company Template' menu item above 'Job Template' and 'Workflow Template' to establish a more consistent workflow.
Performance Management
Fixes:
- Fixed bulk create function in system pulling in archived employees. Only active employees can have appraisals created for them.
- Fixed issue where an employee has a supervisor changed, the system will only modify the appraisal status for the In Progress and Ready to Evaluate appraisals. No historical appraisal will be touched for that employee.
- Fixed system not emailing the appropriate supervisors/shared appraisers/employees when a user finalized an appraisal.
- Fixed issue where library items were capped at 10 items only.
- Fixed scenario where Employee feedback is turned ON, Employee self evaluation is turned OFF, but the employee could not enter feedback.
Integrations
Our May 2019 release included some additional integration endpoints with our PrismHR platform that includes new hire integration between the old AgileHR applicant tracking system and the PrismHR payroll module. The following new hire information will be transferred during the new hire workflow:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address 1
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Email Address
- Apply Date
- Hire Date
- Referral Source
